Printing to PDF (PDF Printer) Windows Print

Windows has a free PDF printer but WIndows 10 users may find that this feature is turned off. To turn it on:

In your search bar type "Windows Features"
Select 'Turn Windows features on or off'
Scroll down to Microsoft Print to PDF and select it

When you select to print this printer will not be one of your options
