Check your current maintenance expiration date:


Crate Pro 6.190737 - Preferences > Licensing > Overview.

Crate Pro 6.190842 -  Settings > Company > Licensing and Release



To install your Crate Pro Activation file:


  • Open Crate Pro and go to
    • Crate Pro 6.190737 - Preferences > Licensing > Overview.

      Crate Pro 6.190842 -  Settings > Company > Licensing and Release

  • Open the text file and paste the entire block of data into the box then click on Activate Your License. 


Please delete all older Activation files and save only this file. Using an older activation after applying this one WILL cause features to stop working and will not allow some new features to turn-on.



If you have multiple locations with their own Crate Pro Activation file, ensure you use the correct file. Using the wrong file will lock you out of your database.
