Live sessions are an important part of learning to configure and use Crate Pro 6. All users should take advantage of this type of support to ensure they're getting accurate results quickly. Failure to correctly configure your software will result in frustration and add significant time to your design process. Crate Pro is a strong business tool designed for the custom crating company and should have your baseline values entered.
All live online support, which includes phone support, is scheduled through the Calendar. Active maintenance customers use your code available on your Profile page which allows you to schedule free or discounted appointments. Support Portal
We do understand there are true emergencies - If you have active maintenance AND an online support account, you may call 1-386-385-4687 (USA) and leave a message that includes your full name, company name and call back number. As soon as a rep is free you will be called *. If we do not reach you, we will leave a message (ensure your voicemail is not full). You will need to call again if you would like another attempt. Otherwise, use the Calendar link to schedule an exact date/time.
* Customers outside of North America will instead receive an email which will have a scheduled call time. It will include a link that provides an extensive list of international dial in numbers and a conference code. Ensure that if you are unable to make the scheduled time, please reschedule or cancel. We recommend that you update your time zone in your Profile before calling. When you receive your email the appointment will be shown in the time zone listed in your Profile. Read no-show info below.
If you do not have active maintenance and a support portal account, you will not receive a return call.
A message about no-shows on scheduled sessions and calls:
Please be considerate. Your appointment is for you and company alone. One of our staffs time is set to work with you.
You will receive a confirmation email with your online and conference call information, a reminder email 24 hours ahead and again 2 hours before your live session. Every email has links to reschedule or cancel. You can cancel or reschedule up to 65 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel or reset, make sure you get a confirmation email.
Sessions / conference calls will close 10 minutes after the scheduled start time if no one from your company has joined online or called the conference line. Paid sessions are not refundable.
Customers with free sessions - if there are two no-shows a payment of $100 will be required to reinstate your online session support.
