Adding your logo to forms such as the Quote and Invoices is simple.


First you need your logo in an image format such as a JPG or PNG file. This is the extension after your image file name. (Files such as PDF or DOC files while they show your logo picture, are not image files).


Now for a good fit you want the correct size. The maximum before the image is cropped is:

 252 x 114 high pixels   ( 3.5 x 1.6 inches / 89 mm x 40mm) 


You can upload your file, take a look at how it looks on the page and either keep it or change it.


Footer Logo:

Logos can also be added to the footer of the quote if desired:   If you have a long rectangular logo - it may look better here: 


Now for a good fit you want the correct size. The maximum before the image is cropped is:


558  X  36 high pixels  (  7.75  x 1/5 inch  / 197 mm x 12mm)




In Preferences > Forms > Logos


Click in the box you want your logo to be in.

Locate your image file and select Open

The file should add to the image box.


To check go to Projects > [Select any project] > Print / Email and click on the magnifying glass next to the Quote or Invoice.
