Users can either print Quotes and Invoices, print them as a PDF or attach the Quote or Invoice to an email which can be customized for the customer as desired.
For emailing as attachments:
Select Email in the Project -> Print /Email tab. Selecting the option to send an email will use the outgoing (SMTP) email setting as set in Preferences -> Email.
In the pop-up: You can add or change the wording as desired,add persons or change the TO: email address, add CC or BCC emails, or even add attachments by separating the attachment locations with a comma
Default Verbiage In Forms:
- The default verbiage in the emails can be modified from Preferences -> Forms.
- To help with speed and consistency, your administrator should modify the templates in Preferences to use a company approved verbiage for all forms.
- Users can always modify individual emails sent from Projects or Designs as needed.
